Material one-system of paper used for vibration board
It is a material used for the speaker vibration board, and most is a vibration board of this paper system in the corn type vibration board now. The share of the paper system is a commanding lead in the subwoofer such as tweeters though the adoption of a metal system material increased. Why should it be paper?The reason is that it is light and an internal loss is large. It seems the subwoofer material as almost correct that paper will take the seat of the main in the future.
The processing technology of the corn paper was rude of low the [shoutsuku] technology, and cut out, peeled off, and matched a part of the paper of the doughnut shape at the stage in the early the 1920's. Seamless corn with which it finally became the latter half of the 1930's and the pulp was poured making there and the type of the corn type was built came to be made.

Being made from one pulp (wood fiber) often aims at the tone quality improvement by using a rare, combined material when the corn paper is made. FE208ES-R of the [fosutekusu] Co. mixes five kinds of materials. (The kenaf, the carbon fiber, the biotechnology cellulose, and two remainder are uncertain. )
